Their subscription ends and Monocle reverts to the free tier on that site. Everything keeps working, just without paid features. You stay on your Agency Portal with full access.
How does the affiliate payout work?+
30% of every paid subscription you bring in, every month, for as long as the client stays. Once you're in the program, any payment link you send is automatically attributed to you.
Can I add client sites that are still in trial?+
Yes. Monocle's Agency Plans let sites stay on trial-mode pricing as long as they're on a squarespace.com subdomain. Once the site goes live on a custom domain, standard pricing kicks in.
Can my client take over later if they want to self-manage?+
Yes. They can create their own Monocle account and take over billing and admin any time. You can stay on as a collaborator if they invite you back.
